Stanley H. Block, Esquire was born in Baltimore, Maryland. He has been
practicing law for over forty years. He graduated from Eastern College of
Commerce & Law in 1961. Mr. Block has been admitted to the Supreme Bench
of Baltimore City, the Court of Appeals of Maryland, the District Court of
the United States, the Supreme Court of the United States, and the U.S.
Tax Court.
Mr. Block is a member of the Baltimore City Bar, The Better Business
Bureau, the Trail Lawyers Association, and has been specially trained for
IRS Tax Resolution by The American Society of IRS Problem Solvers. He is
married and has four children.
Melody Lombardo
Ms. Lombardo has worked in the accounting and tax field in Maryland and
Virginia for more than 30 years. An Enrolled Agent since 1983, she has
experience in Individual, Payroll, Corporate, Partnership and Non-Profit
accounting, as well as business accounting systems setup and conversions.
A former instructor for H & R Block income tax preparation courses, Ms.
Lombardo is a member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents. She
is a graduate of the University of Maryland.

Mr. Edwards is a seasoned tax professional with over 25 years of proven expertise and proficiency in the area of public accounting, Federal taxation, and representation before the Internal Revenue Service, Comptroller, and DLLR. He holds a professional license of a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) by the State of Maryland. He is a graduate of Loyola College in Baltimore (1979) with a BA in Accounting.

Mr. Elovitch is a former IRS Agent and has over 33 years of tax
experience. He is a graduate of the University of Baltimore with a
BS Degree in Business Management and an Associates Degree in Accounting.
Alan Fink
Alan Fink has been a CPA since March 1998. I received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from UMBC in 1975, an Associate of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from Catonsville Community College in 1980, and an Associate of Arts degree in Accounting from Essex Community College in 1985. I retired after 30 plus years of service from the government working mostly as an Accountant in Budget and Finance.
