Stanley H. Block, Esquire was born in Baltimore, Maryland. He has been
practicing law for over forty years. He graduated from Eastern College of
Commerce & Law in 1961. Mr. Block has been admitted to the Supreme Bench
of Baltimore City, the Court of Appeals of Maryland, the District Court of
the United States, the Supreme Court of the United States, and the U.S.
Tax Court.
Mr. Block is a member of the Baltimore City Bar, The Better Business
Bureau, the Trail Lawyers Association, and has been specially trained for
IRS Tax Resolution by The American Society of IRS Problem Solvers. He is
married and has four children.

M. Elovitch
Mr. Elovitch is a former IRS Agent and has over 33 years of tax
experience. He is a graduate of the University of Baltimore with a
BS Degree in Business Management and an Associates Degree in Accounting.
Melody Lombardo
Ms. Lombardo has worked in the accounting and tax field in Maryland and
Virginia for more than 30 years. An Enrolled Agent since 1983, she has
experience in Individual, Payroll, Corporate, Partnership and Non-Profit
accounting, as well as business accounting systems setup and conversions.
A former instructor for H & R Block income tax preparation courses, Ms.
Lombardo is a member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents. She
is a graduate of the University of Maryland.
E. Frederick Petersen
Mr. Petersen graduated from St. Louis University of Law in 1984. He
received his Masters of Law in Taxation from Quinnipiac University School
of Law in 1990. He is a tax specialist and is admitted to practice in the
state courts of Maryland, New York and Connecticut.
He is admitted to practice in the US District Courts for Connecticut and
Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He is admitted to practice
before the United States Tax Court. Mr. Petersen has over 15 years of
experience, concentrating in the fields of taxation and estate planning
and administration. E. Frederick Petersen is married and has four
children.
